  Anti-Histone H4 [p Ser1] antibody is tested for Western Blot, Dot Blot, Chromatin Immunoprecipitation, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunofluorescence. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band approximately ~13 kDa corresponding to Histone H4 protein by Western Blotting in HeLa histone prep lysate or the appropriate cell lysate or extract. Chromatin Immunoprecipitation of Rabbit Anti-Histone H4 [p Ser1] Antibody. Chromatin from one million formaldehyde cross-linked HeLa cells was used with 2 ug of Anti-Histone H4 pS1 was used to IP DNA from fixed Hela cells alongside a no antibody (No Ab) control. DNA was measured by qRT-PCR and normalized to total input (input = 1).
