This antibody binds to the extracellular domain of DLL3 with high affinity and induces rapid internalization. It serves as a critical tool for developing targeted therapies, such as ADCs or bispecific antibodies, aimed at delivering payloads into tumor cells to induce apoptosis and inhibit tumor growth.
