Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Goat Serum, Guinea Pig IgG and Guinea Pig Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin or anti-Goat IgG F(c).

• Application notes: F(ab')2 Anti-Guinea Pig IgG Peroxidase Antibody has been tested by ELISA and is assayed against 1.0 ug of Guinea Pig IgG in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS (2,2’-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) code # ABTS-100 as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:10,000 to 1:40,000 is suggested for this product.

ELISA Results of F(ab')2 Goat Anti-Guinea Pig IgG Antibody Peroxidase Conjugated. Each well was coated in duplicate with 1.0 µg of Guinea Pig IgG (p/n orb2652762). The working dilution is 93100. The starting dilution of antibody was 5 µg/ml and the X-axis represents the Log10 of a 3-fold dilution. This titration is a 4-parameter curve fit where the IC50 is defined as the titer of the antibody. Assay performed using 3% Fish Gel/PBS and TMB substrate (p/n orb348651).
