Description

Cytostatin sodium salt is a potent and selective PP2A inhibitor (IC50 = 29 nM) that disrupts tumor cell adhesion and metastasis. It demonstrates antitumor activity by inhibiting B16 melanoma cell adhesion to laminin and collagen IV in vitro and reducing metastasis in mice, while also inducing apoptosis in fibrosarcoma cells.
