Bioactivity

• In Vivo:
  Intraperitoneal injection of CO23 (0.8-5.0 nmol/g) reduces about 50% of cholesterol. CO23(0.8, 2.5, and 5 nmol/g) increases Dio1 mRNA 5-, 10-, and 15-fold, respectively.
