Description

Mouse monoclonal antibody conjugated to APC which recognizes CD180 that belongs to the toll-like receptor family. It is expressed on mature B cells, monocytes/macrophages and dendritic cells. CD180 is a signal transduction molecule and plays a role in regulation of B cell growth and death and also play a role in the innate immune response to bacterial lipopolysaccharide, through co-operation with MD-1 and TLR4.

  Flow cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 10 μl reagent / 100 μl of whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (1 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
