Immunofluorescence staining of fixed Jurkat cells with anti-CD105 antibody NL-1. Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed Jurkat cells on Shi-fix™ coverslips- permewith 0.15% Triton and stained with the chimeric r version of NL-1 (orb1671814) at 10 ug/ml for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody (1 ug/ml)- showing punctate cytoplasmic staining- likely from protein trafficking vesicles. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right- top-bottom orb1671814- DAPI- merged channels and an isotype control. The isotype control was stained with an anti-Fluorescein antibody (0) followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody.
