• Application notes: Tested Species: In-house tested species with positive results. By Heat: Boiling the paraffin sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH6.0, for 20mins is required for the staining of formalin/paraffin sections. Other applications have not been tested. Optimal dilutions should be determined by end users. . Add 0.2ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500ug/ml.

LFA3 was detected in paraffin-embedded sections of human tonsil tissues using rabbit anti-LFA3 Antigen Affinity purified polyclonal antibody.The immunohistochemical section was developed using SABC method.

Flow Cytometry analysis of HeLa cells using anti-LFA3 antibody (Blue line).Isotype control antibody (Green line) was rabbit IgG .Unlabelled sample (Red line) was also used as a control.

WB analysis of LFA3 expression in HELA cell (lane 1) and K562 cell (lane 2).LFA3 at 35KD was detected using rabbit anti-LFA3 Antigen Affinity purified polyclonal antibody.
