• Application notes: ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.WB: Approx 28kDa band observed in Human Liver lysates (calculated MW of 28.6kDa according to NP_001017524.1). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing SIRT3 bands of approx. 35kDa and 48kDa are observed. These bands are not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/ml.
