Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded H.brain section using FADS2 Antibody. Antibody was diluted at 1:25 dilution. A peroxidase-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG at 1:400 dilution was used as the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining.

Western blot analysis in CEM cell line lysates (35 ug/lane).

Flow cytometric analysis of CEM cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
