Detection of human and mouse EphA2 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate from A-549 (5, 15, 50 µg) , HeLa (50µg) , and mouse NIH 3T3 (50µg) cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-EphA2 antibody orb1527370 used for WB at 0.1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 75 seconds.
