Primary Antibody (green): BF488 conjugated Rabbit Anti-CD171/L1CAM antibody (orb1589181): 1 µg/10^6 cells, Isotype Control (orange): Rabbit-BF488 IgG. Blank control (black): PBS. Acquisition of 20000 events was performed.
