Total cell lysates from Jurkat cells were incubated with STS, resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF membrane, and probed with Rat Anti-Human Caspase-8-UNLB (Cat. No. orb1251426). Proteins were visualized using Goat Anti-Rat IgM-HRP secondary antibody and chemiluminescent detection.
