• Application notes: ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.WB: Approx 47kDa band observed in lysates of cell line K562 (calculated MW of 47.0kDa according to NP_055866.1). Recommended concentration: 0.2-0.6 μg/ml. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 22kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide.
