Anti-TSPO / PBR antibody IHC of human adipose. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody concentration 3.75 ug/ml.

PBR (mouse) Antibody Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed HeLa cells, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton. Primary incubation 1hr (10 ug/ml) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 ug/ml).

TSPO antibody (0.5 ug/ml) staining of Mouse Spleen lysate (35 ug protein/ml in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.

PBR (mouse) Antibody Flow cytometric analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed NIH3T3 cells (blue line), permeabilized with 0.5% Triton.
