25 ug of the indicated Human whole cell or tissue extracts was loaded onto a 6-18% SDS-PAGE gel. 3 ug/mL of the antibody was used in this experiment. Protein is modified by phosphorylation. Peptide is contained within isoforms of 210 kDa, 205 and 203 kDa.
