• Description: TNNI3 Native produced in Human heart tissue is a full length protein which has an additional amino acid residues on its N terminus that are not present on the skeletal form, making this protein a promising analyte for indicating cardiac specificity.TNNI3 Native is purified by proprietary chromatographic technique.

• Purity: Greater than 98.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
• Solubility (25°C): It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized TNNI3 in Tris/urea buffer (20mM Tris, pH 7.5, 7M urea, 5mM EDTA, 15mM 2-mercaptoethanol) not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.

• Storage: Stability: Lyophilized Cardiac Troponin-I although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C.
