• Application notes: This antibody was used in combination with another anti-TLR7 antibody called rE3 to detect human TLR7 in a sandwich ELISA. LTM3 was used as used as a capturing antibody and biotinylated rE3 antibody (rE3-bio) was used a detecting antibody. This antibody can be used for the detection of human TLR7 in serum or plasma derived from human peripheral blood. The binding ability of this antibody for Ba/F3 cell line expressing human TLR7, mouse TLR7 and monkey TLR7 was checked using flow cytometry. This antibody can successfully detect human and monkey TLR7, but not mouse TLR7 in a flow cytometry (US20210199667).
