25 ug of the indicated Human whole cell extracts was loaded onto a 6-18% SDS-PAGE gel. 3 ug/ml of the antibody was used in this experiment. Recognizes two isoforms at 144 and 139 kDa (Isoform 4) in a subset of these samples.

WB Suggested Anti-KIAA0999 Antibody Titration: 0.2-1 ug/ml, ELISA Titer: 1:12500, Positive Control: NCI-H226 cell lysate. There is BioGPS gene expression data showing that SIK3 is expressed in NCIH226.
