Detection of human TPR by western blot.Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa, LNCaP, HEK293T, Hep-G2, and Jurkat cells. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TPR antibody orb1529559 at 0.04 µg/ml.

Detection of mouse TPR by immunohistochemistry. Sample: FFPE section of mouse liver. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TPR used at a dilution of 1:100 (2µg/ml).
