Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SOS2 antibody (orb1527600) used for WB at 0.4 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

SOS2 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (orb1527600) and a second antibody against a different epitope of SOS2.
