Detection of Isoform 2 of human CBF-beta by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from Jurkat (15 and 50 µg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) , HEK293T (T; 50 µg) and HeLa (H; 50 µg) cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CBF-beta (isoform 2) antibody orb1524623 used for WB at 0.4 µg/ml (A) and 1 µg/ml (B) and used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. Isoform 2 of CBF-beta was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CBF-beta antibodies, which recognize upstream epitopes that are common to isoform 1 and isoform 2. Isoform 2 of CBF-beta was not immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CBF-beta (isoform 1) antibody orb1524621. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 3 minutes (A) and 30 seconds (B).
