Detection of human BOLA2 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (15 µg) from OVCAR-4, HeLa, RPMI-8226, HEK293T, and UACC-62 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-BOLA2 antibody (orb1520238) used for WB at 0.04 mg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
