Recombinant Mouse IL24 Protein, N-His is produced in E. coli and supplied in lyophilized form. The protein includes the regions of Gln27-Leu181 and carries the N-His tag. With a molecular weight of 20.23 kDa, it is suitable for ELISA, SDS-PAGE and WB applications. This product is lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 0.02% NLS, 1mM EDTA, 4% trehalose, 1% mannitol and has a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
