This product is a DNA library construction kit developed for illumina's high-throughput sequencing platform, which can prepare sequencing libraries from fragmented 100 pg ~ 1 μg double-stranded DNA samples. The product adopts optimized Buffer system, which improves the steps of end repair/dA tail addition, junction ligation and library amplification to enhance the ligation and amplification efficiency; it is widely applicable to a wide range of samples, which can ensure the success of library construction to a large extent. This product should be used in conjunction with illumina sequencing junctions and PCR amplification primers for library construction.
