Western blot analysis of PRDX6 Antibody in CEM cell line lysates (35 ug/lane)

Western blot analysis of PRDX6 using rabbit polyclonal PRDX6 Antibody using 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected with the PRDX6 gene (Lane 2).

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human brain tissue reacted with PRDX6 Antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining.

Flow cytometric analysis of CEM cells (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
