25 ug of the indicated Human whole cell extracts was loaded onto a 12% SDS-PAGE gel. 0.5 ug/ml of the antibody was used in this experiment. PGK1 is a highly abundant sample in most sample types with two or more possible isoforms at 45 kDa and 41 kDa. Use care in dilution considering the relative abundance of this protein in western blotting.
