• Application notes: This antibody is highly similar to the commercially available anti-PD-1 antibody NAT105. The binding specificity of this antibody towards human PD-1 was determined using ELISA. The original IgG2a antibody binds human PD_1 with an affinity constant of 7.13X10^9 M^(-1). This antibody is capable of detecting human PD-1 in a western blot assay. This antibody was used in the immunohistochemical staining of samples of T cell lymphomas and B cell lymphomas (CN109293775).
