Western blot analysis of PCSK2 Antibody in 293 (lane 1), K562 (lane 2) cell line lysates (35 ug/lane)

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human brain tissue reacted with PCSK2 Antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining.

Flow cytometry analysis of K562 cells (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
