PARP16 Antibody (C-term) flow cytometric analysis of HepG2 cells (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.

PARP16 Antibody (C-term) IHC analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human brain tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the PARP16 Antibody (C-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Western blot analysis of PARP16 Antibody (C-term) in HepG2, MDA-MB435 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane).PARP16 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
