Western blot analysis of PARP16 Antibody in HepG2, MDA-MB435 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane)
PARP16 Antibody IHC analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human brain tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining.
Flow cytometric analysis of HepG2 cells (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
