Anti-NDUFS2 antibody IHC staining of human kidney. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody concentration 7.5 ug/ml.

NDUFS2 antibody detects NDUFS2 protein at mitochondria by immunofluorescent analysis. HeLa cells were fixed in 2% paraformaldehyde/culture medium at 37 for 30 min. NDUFS2 protein stained by NDUFS2 antibody diluted at 1:500.

Sample (30 ug of whole cell lysate). A:293T, B: A431, C: JurKat, D: Raji. 10% SDS PAGE. NDUFS2 antibody diluted at 1:1000.
