25 ug of the indicated Mouse whole tissue extracts was loaded onto a 6-18% SDS-PAGE gel. 0.8 ug/ml of the antibody was used in this experiment. Two high molecular weight isoforms are observed correlating to ~222 kDa and ~ 198 kDa.
