• Purity: Biotin conjugated Mouse Transferrin was prepared from normal serum by a multi-step process which includes delipidation and selective precipitation. It is provided in 0.01 M Sodium Phosphate, 0.25 M Sodium Chloride, pH: 7.6. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Mouse Transferrin and anti-Mouse Serum.
• Application notes: Mouse Transferrin Biotin is a suitable protein for use in Western Blotting and ELISA experiments. For blotting, the expected molecular weight of Mouse Transferrin is approximately 80kDa.
