• Biological Activity: The ED50 as determined by a cell proliferation assay using rat C6 cells is less than 10µg/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of > 100 IU/mg.
• Solubility (25°C): It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized MANF in sterile 18M-cm H2O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
• Storage: Stability: Lyophilized MANF although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C.
