• Purity: Anti-Mouse IgG1 antibody was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit Serum, Mouse Serum, Mouse IgG and Mouse IgG1. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA. For IgG2a, IgG2b and IgG3 reactivity was less than 5% against target (IgG1, IgG).
