This table displays additional reactivity among various species of serum and immunoglobulin. A (+) indicates antibody reactivity to the corresponding target.

Western Blot showing detection of Monkey IgG Gamma Chain. 100 ng of Monkey IgG (Lane 2) was run on a 4-20% gel and transferred to 0.45 µm nitrocellulose. After blocking with 5% Blotto (p/n orb348624) 30 min at 20°C, Anti-Monkey IgG (gamma chain) (GOAT) Antibody Rhodamine Conjugated (p/n orb348007) secondary antibody was used at 1:1000 in Blocking Buffer for Fluorescent Western Blotting (p/n orb348637). Molecular weight markers are in lane 1.
