Western blot analysis of MCM2 Antibody (C-term) in HL-60 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). MCM2 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
MCM2 Antibody (C-term) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human colon carcinoma followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the MCM2 Antibody (C-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
All lanes: Anti-MCM2 Antibody (C-term) at 1:2000 dilution. Lane 1: Jurkat whole cell lysates. Lane 2: MCF-7 whole cell lysates. Lane 3: NIH/3T3 whole cell lysates. Lysates/proteins at 20 µg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/10000 dilution. Predicted band size: 102 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.
