  Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.Western Blot:Approx 35kDa band observed in Human Lymph Node and Human Spleen lysates (calculated MW of 25.3kDa according to NP_031386.2). The observed molecular weight is explained by glycosylation (Han et al, Blood. 2004 Nov 1;104(9):2858-66. Epub 2004 Jul 6; PMID: 15238421). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3µg/mL. Primary incubated for 1 hour. Preliminary testing was unsuccessful on Mouse and Rat Spleen, and Rat Thymus for this particular batch.
