HUVEC (H) cells were treated with or without LPS (0.5 µg/ml, 24h) and Brefeldin A (300 ng/ml, 20h), 25 µg total protein per lane of cell lysates probed with IL-6 polyclonal antibody, unconjugated (orb221433) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.
