Biological ActivityThe ED50 is determined by the ability to induce proliferation of human Interleukin-7 receptor alpha & human TSLP Receptor co-transfected with mouse BaF3 cells which was found to be less than 0.3ng/ml.
Solubility (25°C)It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized TSLP in sterile 18MΩ-cm H2O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
StorageStability: Lyophilized TSLP although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C.
