• Biological Activity: As measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA, immobilized IL1F5 at 1 µg/ml (100 µl/well) can bind rHuIL-1 Rrp2/Fc Chimera with a linear range of 0.15- 5 µg/ml.
• Solubility (25°C): It is recommended to quick spin followed by reconstitution of IL1F5 in PBS to a concentration no less than 100 µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
• Storage: Stability: Lyophilized IL1F5 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution IL1F5 should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C.Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles
