Description

Recombinant human IL11 protein is produced by our P. pastoris by recombinant DNA technology. The protein has a molecular mass of approximately 19000 Daltons and is non-glycosylated. The protein is 177 amino acids in length and differs from the 178 amino acid length of native IL-11 by lacking the amino-terminal praline residue.

  Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in 1X PBS. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.
