Description

Recombinant human GALM protein is produced by our E. coli expression system and the target gene encoding Ala2-Ala342 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus.

  Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in 1X PBS. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.

Storage & Handling

• Storage: Store it at -20°C to -80°C for one year. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
