Recombinant human GALE protein is produced by our E. coli expression system and the target gene encoding Met1-Ala348 is expressed with a 6His tag at the N-terminus.

Storage & Handling

• Storage: Store it at -20°C to -80°C for one year. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
• Form/Appearance: Liquid in a 0.2 μM filtered solution of 50mM Tris-HCl, 150mM NaCl, 2mM DTT, 1mM EDTA, pH 8.0.
