• Biological Activity: Measured by its ability to bind recombinant rat VEGF-C in a functional solid phase binding assay. Immobilised recombinant human VEGFR-3/FLT-4 at 5 µg/ml can bind recombinant rat VEGF-C in a linear range of 8-500 ng/ml.
• Purity: Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Storage & Handling

• Storage: Stability: Lyophilized FLT4 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution FLT4 should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C.For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles
• Form/Appearance: Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.
• Buffer/Preservatives: FLT4 was lyophilized from a concentrated (1mg/ml) sterile solution containing 1xPBS.
