Description

Recombinant human ECP protein is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Arg28-Ile160 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus.

  Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in 1X PBS. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.

• Form/Appearance: Liquid in a 0.2 μM filtered solution of 20mM Tris-HCl, 150mM NaCl, 1mM DTT, 10% Glycerol, pH 7.5.
