Description

Recombinant human CTSS protein is produced by our mammalian expression system in human cells. The target protein is expressed with the full length sequence of Human CTSS fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

Storage & Handling

• Storage: Store it at -20°C to -80°C for one year. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
• Form/Appearance: Liquid in a 0.2 μM filtered solution of 20mM MES, 150mM NaCl, 10% Glycerol, pH 5.5.
