• Biological Activity: The Specific Activity was measured by its ability to protect U2OS cells from apoptosis induced by hydrogen peroxide is in a concentration range of 0.1-5.0 µg/ml, after pretreating with rHuTIGAR-TAT for 4 hours.
• Solubility (25°C): It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized TIGAR in sterile 18M-cm H2O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
• Storage: Stability: Lyophilized TIGAR stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -1°C.
