  Anti-HDAC7 antibody has been tested by ELISA and Western Blot. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band approximately ~103kDa and isoforms at ~70, and 40 kDa corresponding to the appropriate cell lysate or extract.
